Wedding dates are reserved exclusively for you and your bridal party and require advance planning and preparation.
Saturday Minimum Requirement
my Saturday availability is extremely limited and in high demand. For this reason, a minimum booking of Bride + 3 is required to secure a Saturday wedding date.
Weddings booked on any other day of the week do not require a minimum number of services.
If number of clients needing makeup is reduced after booking, the Saturday minimum requirement will still apply. Reductions in services will not reduce the contracted minimum total.

Retainer & Securing Your Date
A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total (including tax) is required to reserve your wedding date.
Your date is not secured until both the retainer has been received and the bridal contract has been signed.
The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance, except in the event that I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Fees
Travel is billed at $0.65 per kilometre from my studio location.
Travel exceeding 250 km one way may require overnight accommodations to ensure I can provide you with the highest level of service without extremely early travel. In such cases, hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the bride.

Final Payment
The remaining balance may be paid at any time prior to the wedding date or on the morning of the wedding via cash or e-transfer.
