Policies


1.BOOKING POLICY
A VALID Credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is collected at your appointment unless otherwise arranged. The card on file is required to protect my time and business in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show as outlined in my cancellation policy.

2.ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time only - no early arrivals, as this is a private home studio and I may be with another client. Street parking is available. Upon arrival, please text me and I will let you know when to come in.

3.CANCELLATION POLICY
I KINDLY REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS. NOTICE ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% LATE CANCELLATION FEE, BASED ON THE TOTAL COST OF THE BOOKED SERVICE. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Clients with an outstanding cancellation fee will not be permitted to rebook until the balance has been paid in full. BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING MY TIME AND THE CLIENTS ON MY WAITLIST.

4.LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

5.NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may require full repayment for future bookings.

6.DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required for all high ticket services, such as permanent make up and bridal party bookings. Deposits secure your appointment date and ARE applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and under any circumstance. if proper notice is given, and your appointment is rescheduled within policy guidelines, your deposit may be transferred to a new date. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. By booking, you agree to these terms.

7.REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final sale. No refunds will be issued on completed service services.

8.RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.

9.STUDIO POLICY
To maintain a calm, sterile, and professional environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are permitted.
