do you offer payment plans?
yes! i now accept afterpay as a flexible payment option on all services.
after booking, you will receive an invoice. At that time you can choose to pay using Afterpay and split your total into interest, free installments. If you prefer not to use Afterpay, you may simply pay your balance at your appointment as usual.
what forms of payment do you accept?
i accept credit, debit, e-transfer, cash, or afterpay.
why do you require a deposit?
a $150 deposit is required on all permanent makeup services (microblading, nano, powder, combo). deposit can be sent via etransfer to klskristen@gmail.com. appointment is not accepted until deposit has been RECEIVED. remaining balance can be paid at appointment or via afterpay.
why does your booking site require me to book with my credit card?
this is simply to reserve your appointment time. your card is not charged at the time of booking unless required for your deposit or in accordance with my cancellation policy. your information is securely processed through my booking platform and never stored manually. payment is due when you arrive at your appointment.
what is your cancellation policy?
a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. no-shows or same day cancellation can be charged 50% of your service amount. this policy is in place to protect my business from lost income, as last-minute cancellations and do not allow sufficient time to fill the appointment.
do you offer refunds?
no refunds are offered on services.
